WILL Method(Slurry oscillation stirring method)
-Models-
MAR-500/MAR-700
Registration number of MLIT New Technology Information System
NO.QS-090004-VE
Construction Technology Review and Certification
(Construction technique using construction machines No.1301)
With the tip of a blening prplellers attached to a backhoe type base machine, mixing slurry solifitying material and soil.
While solidifying slurry is injected, the solidified material and the in-situ soil are forcibly mixed by stirring with special stirring blades.
Suitable for the depth of 13m of the middle layer mixed sandy or gravel ground with N value less than 40.
The dedicated management device enables to measure the depth, flow rate, rotation speed and inclination in real time, and by adopting the navigation system of the stirring blade trajectory, more reliable quality control is possible.
JV Method
Waterjet Cutter
The Method of Takenoko Mole
-Models-
KM210/KM212
A press-fitted ultra-small curve propeller. Suitable for the site where cutting from the ground surface and burying of the pipe is difficult.
A minimum curve radius of 2.5 m and high reaching accuracy (± 0.2 m at 12 m ahead). Approximately 12,000 constructions since its start of sales in 1998.
It is widely used mainly in gas and water supply pipes.
The Free Curve Boring Method
Open Pit Method
NETIS Former Registration Number CB-990017-A
Soil closing method which uses a cutting type shielding machine to fill the box (pipe) sewer.
Self-propelled type that advances by pushing messel (steel sheet pile) one by one into the ground, and does not require reaction force to the box body.
Great performance on operations under severe construction conditions such as Dokdo, Docking, etc.
